WOD

This is a quick and efficient workout submitted by Emma Staton.

5 - 10 min mobility work and warmup

 10 hanging straight leg raises (each side)
 10 clean and press followed by 5 squats (goblet or single arm) (each side)
 10 single arm swings (each side)
 10 dead lifts
 20 two handed swings (5 sets)

 about 25 min -- Enjoy!
